⭕ Setting Up Devyce in Vincere

Step 1: Request Integration Credentials

Contact the Vincere support desk to request the integration details for Devyce. You’ll receive two key items:

  • Client ID: e.g., 12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012

  • API Key: e.g., 87654321-4321-1234-1234-123456789012

While logged into Vincere, copy the URL from your browser (see the provided screenshot).

Step 2: Grant Devyce Access

  1. Navigate to the Integration section of the Devyce Portal.

  2. Click on the 'Configuration' dropdown under the 'Vincere' integration.

  3. Click on step 2 and input the values into the corresponding fields.

  4. Click on 'Connect' to connect the integration.

⭕ How Does the Integration Work?

Once you've successfully connected Devyce with Vincere, you'll be able to:

  • Click to dial within Vincere.

  • View all your Vincere contacts in the mobile app & softphone.

  • View all call and SMS history within Vincere.

  • View all AI call summaries in Vincere.

  • View call tags in goals/activities.
