⭕ Setting Up HireSplit in Vincere
Step 1: Request Integration Credentials
Contact the Vincere support desk to request the integration details for HireSplit. You’ll receive two key items:
Client ID: e.g.,
12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012API Key: e.g.,
87654321-4321-1234-1234-123456789012
While logged into Vincere, copy the URL from your browser (see the provided screenshot).
👉 Action Required: Share this information with your HireSplit Account Manager to initiate the integration.
Step 2: Configure the Integration in HireSplit
Once you have the credentials from Vincere support, configure the integration in your HireSplit account by following these steps:
Log in to your HireSplit account and navigate to the Settings page.
Click on Connect Vincere.
Fill in the Tenant, Client ID, and API Key you received from Vincere support.
👉 After entering the credentials, click on Sign In.
This will establish a connection between HireSplit and Vincere.
Step 3: Grant HireSplit Access
The first time each user opens the HireSplit integration, they will be presented with the following page, inviting them to sign in to Vincere to grant HireSplit access to their Vincere account:
👉 Click on Start Authorization to proceed. Once you complete this step, HireSplit will securely store your details for faster and more seamless future logins.
⭕ How Does the Integration Work?
HireSplit seamlessly integrates with Vincere by pulling job listings from the system, which consultants can send to candidates via an iframe.
When candidates are referred, the system checks for duplications and uploads new candidate data back into Vincere.
HireSplit provides real-time updates to consultants on new referrals and keeps candidates informed about their referral status. It also tracks the candidate's progress through the hiring stages, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
