Woo helps recruitment teams make better use of their existing network. The system integrates directly with Vincere, ensuring all data updates happen seamlessly in the background.
ā Setting Up Woo in Vincere
Step 1: Request Integration Credentials
Contact the Vincere support desk to request the integration details for Woo. Youāll receive two key items:
Client ID: e.g.,
12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012API Key: e.g.,
87654321-4321-1234-1234-123456789012
While logged into Vincere, copy the URL from your browser (see the provided screenshot).
š Action Required: Share this information with your Woo Customer Success Manager to initiate the integration.
Step 2: Grant Woo Access
To finalize the authentication, a Vincere admin user must open the Woo integration page on Vincere and grant Woo Access to the Vincere Account.
Step 3: Data Enrichment Setup
Choose which data points Woo should update in your CRM:
Select the Vincere fields to update
Set update conditions (e.g. update empty fields only or always override)
This configuration is done once the setup
Woo will then handle the rest
Woo will curate and enrich your candidate and contact records
Updates will be made automatically in Vincere based on your specifications
No further action required from you

Woo is integrated with Vincere and works automatically in the background.
Updated candidate and contact information appears directly in Vincere for all users to access.
