When a placement is made in Vincere and FastTrack360 has been selected as the Time Management by clicking on Save and Send
The following records will be created or updated in FastTrack360:
Cost Centre (Location)
Client Contact
Site Contact
Report To Contact
Ordered By Contact
Vincere User
Contract/Temp
Permanent
It is also possible to send these records to FastTrack360 before a placement is made to ensure the Payee and Debtor records can be set up to allow the submitting of timesheets.
Creating a Record
On enabling FastTrack360 in the Marketplace, the default fields will be available on the records if the user needs to override the default selection. You can read on the settings here.
Candidate Record
The FastTrack360 fields can be updated in the candidate record.
Contact Record
The FastTrack360 fields can be updated in the contact record.
Company Record
The FastTrack360 fields can be updated in the Company Record.
Placement Record
The FastTrack360 fields can be updated in the Placement Record.
Location Record
The FastTrack360 fields can be updated in the Location Record.
When you open the Location record from the Company record, there will be a FastTrack360 tab in which you can edit the Location record (Cost Centre record in FastTrack360) that can be edited.
