FAQ 1: Why can’t I submit the job order to timesheet even after changing the status to Closed?

This usually happens because the job status was changed in Vincere, but the status also needs to be updated in the FastTrack360 tab on the placement.

For timesheet submission, FastTrack360 checks the status inside FastTrack360, not just the Vincere status.

What to do

  1. Open the affected Placement record, and go to the FastTrack360 tab.

  2. Find the Status field (inside the FastTrack360 section).

  3. Update the status there to a valid status for submission (for example Filled, Closed, Cancelled, or F-Supplier, depending on your workflow).

  4. Click Save Changes.

  5. Try submitting to timesheet again.

⚠️ Important: Changing the status only in Vincere may not be enough for FastTrack360 timesheet submission validation.


FAQ 2: I changed the status in the FastTrack360 tab, but now I get “Candidate No must be entered.” What should I do?

This means the placement is missing the candidate value required by FastTrack360.

The customer needs to add/select a value in the Candidate Name & Number field before the job order can update/submit.

What to do

  1. Stay on the same Placement record, and goo to the FastTrack360 tab.

  2. Scroll to the Placement section.

  3. Locate Candidate Name & Number.

  4. Enter/select the candidate (use the search/magnifier if available).

  5. Click Save Changes.

  6. Try the action again (submit to timesheet / update job order).
