Shift Scheduler works in conjunction with the FastTrack360 integration. When using the shift scheduler it is advised to use the Vincere Job Template functionality as it will ensure all connections to FastTrack360 are incorporated in the shift making it more streamlined to simple to use.

Use the shift scheduler as normal and upon booking candidates there will be a FastTrack360 section within the shift. This section allows the user to change the defaults for skill group, position and office code to suit the business requirements.

Upon finalizing the booking, a placement will be created for all the candidates placed.

Upon the creation of the placements as per the above, they will need to be pushed to FastTrack360. This can be done in bulk. From the placement table, select the placements that need to be pushed to FastTrack360.

This will open the Actions menu on the right-hand side of the screen. To send the placements to FastTrack360, select “bulk send to FastTrack360” under the placements tab.

The following pop up message will appear.

Click on the Confirm button and this will send the placements to FastTrack360.

There will be no data mapping page appearing for these placements.

The system also allows for bulk sending of candidates, companies and contacts to FastTrack360. From the table view on any of these records, you can bulk select the items to send to FastTrack360, and the actions tab will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

Select “Bulk send to FastTrack360” and you will receive the following pop up message.

Select Confirm and this will send the details to FastTrack360. There will be no data mapping preview page appearing in a bulk send.
