After completing your integration, you can start using FastTrack360 to send candidates by following the steps below:
Click Contact icon.
Select the contacts you want to send.
Click Actions, then click Send to FastTrack360.
Check the fields that sync in Vincere.
Click Send.
A new set of fields are now available in the record, these are pulled from the Default Value tab in the Marketplace. You can see this predefined value and can edit the record before sending it to FastTrack360.
Once sent and synced, the FastTrack360 icon appears beside the entity’s ID.
Note: When you send over a contact to Fasttrack360 it will also send a company as its parent entity, if the company already exists, a contact will be added under it and both record in FastTrack360 will be updated.
