Use this guide to set up a branded domain for your Vincere Engage Job Portal. This allows you to remove “vincere.io” from your URL and display your own company domain (e.g., jobs.acerecruitment.com).

📌 Note: It may take several hours for the DNS changes to take effect, depending on your hosting provider.

Set Up Your Custom Domain

  1. Log in to your website hosting account and go to DNS Settings.

  2. Add a CNAME Record.

    • Example:

      • Name/Host: jobs.

      • Points to: qjb-sin.vincere.io (for Asia) or qjb-fra.vincere.io (for EU).

    • If you are unsure, contact your web hosting provider for guidance.

  3. In Vincere, go to Marketplace, then click on Engage.

  4. Click on Setup, then click Job Board.

  5. Scroll down to the Custom Domain section.

  6. Enter the domain you want your visitors to see (e.g., jobs.acerecruitment.com).

  7. Click Save.

  8. Verify your DNS setup using tools such as nslookup or dig to confirm that the record points to the correct destination.

📌 Note: Vincere uses AWS hosting. Because IP addresses may change dynamically, always rely on DNS records instead of static IPs.

  3. In the Value field, enter:

    • qjb-sin.vincere.io (for Asia).

    • qjb-fra.vincere.io (for EU).

  4. Save your changes.

  5. In Vincere, go to Marketplace, then click on Engage.

  • Answer: If SSL fails, go back to Job Portal Site Settings in Vincere and click Save again to reissue the certificate.
