Did you know, that when you are in a candidate's profile you can run searches without leaving this page? Just hit Actions and you'll see the following options:

Find Similar Candidates:

This option will take the criteria of that candidate and enable you to run a search based on that criteria. You can remove/add keywords and sections:

When you press search, this takes you through to the advanced search which brings back results which meet the chosen criteria:
