The default Candidate Sources in Vincere help you identify where candidates originate from. These sources are automatically available in your system and are linked to key integrations and parsing functions.

Default Candidate Sources
Below are the default Candidate Sources available in Vincere:
Candidate Source | Description |
Auto Parsed | Candidates created from CV or resume parsing. |
Data Import | Candidates imported into Vincere using CSV templates or bulk import tools. |
Dova | Candidates received from the Dova Job Board (specific to Japan). |
Candidates received or added via the Indeed Job Board integration. | |
Candidates received via your Engagement Hub job board. | |
Candidates received from the Seek Job Board integration. | |
Volcanic | Candidates received via your Volcanic website integration. |
Zapier | Candidates created from any integration made via Zapier. |
Default Source Code Management
⚠️ Important: You cannot delete, rename, or hide any of these default Candidate Sources. They are hard-coded and linked to Vincere’s system functions and integrations.
When a source code is deleted in Vincere, users must select a replacement source code. This ensures all associated candidates or contacts are automatically reassigned, maintaining accurate and continuous data records.
‘App type’ source codes, such as those listed above, are immutable to ensure system stability and prevent data loss.
