Custom Fields is a vital feature in Vincere, enabling you to tailor your recruitment system to meet the specific needs of your business.
This functionality allows you to capture and manage unique data points, providing greater flexibility and control over your Candidates, Contacts, Companies, Placements, and Jobs.

⭕ Types of Custom Fields
Vincere offers 9 types of Custom Fields to ensure you can capture the exact data you need:
Single-line Text Field: A short, free text field perfect for quick and easy data entry.
Multi-line Text Field: A longer free text field for more detailed information.
Checkboxes: Allows the selection of multiple options from a list you create. When searching, users select one of the configured options.
Multiple Selection: Enables selection of more than one option from the field. There’s no limit on how many options can be added.
Dropdown Lists: Provides a list of predefined options where users can only select one option. Searching across this field is limited to the available options.
Radio Buttons: Similar to dropdowns but displayed as buttons. Users can select only one option. Search functionality is the same as for dropdowns.
Single-line Date Picker: Allows entry of a date. You can search for records within or outside a specific date range.
Table: Enables adding table custom fields within a record.
Integration Iframe: Set your own integration iframe between the Candidate Summary View and Onboarding Tab. This custom field is designed specifically for onboarding processes.
📝 Note: All Custom Fields must be created manually.
