All About Job Leads in Vincere

Working on securing a job but haven't signed terms yet? 🤔

  • Perfect! Simply create a Job Lead inside Vincere.

In recruitment, not all job opportunities are solidified. Sometimes, you might be working on closing a new client, hearing about potential jobs at a non-client company, or creating an ad chase. In these cases, you can mark these opportunities as a 'Job Lead' — perfect for business development.

⭕ What is a Job Lead?

A Job Lead allows you to track potential opportunities that haven't been finalized yet. It's ideal for managing and nurturing leads that could eventually turn into real job opportunities.

⭕ How to Create a Job Lead?

To create a Job Lead in Vincere:

  1. Add New Job: When adding a new job, simply change the Job Category to Job Lead.

📋 Note: You can manage Job Leads similarly to normal jobs. However, Job Leads will not appear in the ATS or the Application stages. They can only be viewed in the last stage of the CRM pipeline.

👉 Don’t worry: All your hard work isn't lost. Once terms are signed and this becomes an active opportunity, you can easily convert it to a real 'Job' at any time. When converted, it will automatically move to the Job chevron in the ATS, and any applications will now show in the ATS.
