Job Leads in Vincere allow you to track potential job opportunities that haven’t been finalized. They’re perfect for managing prospects, ad chases, or early-stage business development opportunities before terms are signed.
Use Job Leads to capture new business prospects and convert them into active jobs when the opportunity becomes confirmed.
Understand Job Leads
A Job Lead represents a potential or unconfirmed opportunity. It helps recruiters manage leads that could eventually become real job openings once agreements are finalized.
📌 Note: Job Leads appear only in the CRM pipeline (not in the ATS) until they are converted into live Jobs.
Create a Job Lead
Click Add New Job in Vincere.
Change the Job Category to Job Lead.
Complete the job details and click Save.
📌 Note: Job Leads behave like regular jobs but will not appear in ATS or Application stages. They are visible only in the final stage of the CRM pipeline.
Once the opportunity becomes active, you can easily convert it into a Job, and all associated data will move automatically to the Job Chevron in the ATS.
