Want your offers to be approved before being sent out to Candidates?

  • Would you like that added security that all offers are accurate and reliable? No problem - be sure to check out the Vincere Offer Approval Process.

📌 Ensure offers are consistent, accurate, and meet approval before they reach candidates.

⭕ Activating the Offer Approval Workflow

To activate the approval workflow:

  1. Go to Settings > Admin Settings.

  2. Locate the Approval Process section and select Edit.

  3. Once done, click on Save.

📌 Notes:

  • If the "Approval is mandatory" option is not enabled, the job approver will not receive an approval request email when a candidate offer is made.

  • Enabling the "Approval is mandatory" option will require approval for all jobs only if an approver is assigned to the job.

  • If no approver is set up in the "Approver" tab, approval will not be required.

⭕ Configuring Approval Options

  • Mandatory Approval: Choose whether approvals are mandatory for offers.

  • Custom Approvers: Add as many approvers as needed, such as business unit heads or line managers.

💡Pro Tip:

Set up automatic reminder emails to be sent at your specified intervals.

⭕ Setting Approvers for Jobs

  • Specify an approver for each job, either for existing or new roles.

  • Anytime a candidate is moved to the OFFERED stage by someone other than the designated job approver, an Approval Request will be required.

Please refer to the video below for your visual guidance:

⭕ Requesting Approval

When an approval is needed:

  1. The recruiter sends an approval request through email or directly on the job page.

  2. The job approver receives an email with job details.

  3. Approvers can Confirm or Reject the request directly from the email or within the job.

Using the Offer Approvals Process in Vincere helps maintain consistency and reliability in offer management, particularly valuable for new recruiters or high-compliance scenarios.
