⭕ What is Actonomy Match, and How Does It Help?
Actonomy Match is an advanced matching technology that integrates with your Vincere account.
It leverages smart AI tools ✨ to help you identify the most suitable candidates for your jobs quickly and efficiently, streamlining the process for a smoother experience.
⭕ Setting Up Actonomy Match in Vincere
Step 1: Request Integration Credentials
Contact Vincere Support to request your integration details.
You will receive:
Client ID: Example:
12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012API Key: Example:
87654321-4321-1234-1234-123456789012
While logged into Vincere, copy the URL from your browser (see the image below)

Step 2: Request Actonomy Integration
Send an email to support@actonomy.com with the following details:
API key
Client ID
Vincere account URL
The email address associated with your Vincere account
Once received, Actonomy will begin setting up your integration and create a placeholder for Actonomy Match within your Vincere account.
Step 3: Grant Actonomy Access
Once Actonomy has received the necessary information, they will update their systems and prepare for integration. However, you still need to grant Actonomy access to your Vincere instance. Please follow these steps:
Log in to your Vincere account.
Navigate to a Job or Candidate.
Go to Actonomy Match in the Integrations tab.
You will see the following screen:
Click the green button > A new browser tab will open, and your Vincere account will automatically exchange the access details in the background > Wait for the tab to close automatically.
📌 Note:
At this point, a valid link has been established between your Vincere account and Actonomy.
For Actonomy Match to function, candidate and job data will need to be analyzed and prepared for matching > This process may take anywhere from several hours to a few days, depending on the number of records.
👉 Actonomy will notify you once the synchronization process is complete.
