Vincere now offers integration with SignRequest to streamline your consultants' placement process. With this integration:
Clients, candidates, and recruiters can easily open, sign, and countersign documents digitally.
SignRequest allows users to draw or upload e-signatures directly, eliminating the need to print, sign by hand, and scan documents.

⭕ Setting Up SignRequest in Vincere
To enable the SignRequest integration, follow these steps:
Create a SignRequest Account: Go to www.signrequest.com and sign up.
Create a Team in SignRequest:
Go to your SignRequest account > Profile > Teams.
Generate API Token:
Scroll to API Settings and click Create Token.
Copy the token generated.
Add API Token to Vincere:
In Vincere, go to Marketplace > scroll to SignRequest.
Click on SignRequest, paste your API token, and you’re all set!
⭕ Getting Started with SignRequest
Once SignRequest is enabled:
Whenever a client contract or offer is sent, recipients can sign directly through the integration.
Both candidates and recruiters can easily countersign, making the process quick and seamless.
💡 TOP TIP: Using Multiple SignRequest Accounts
For companies with multiple brands in Vincere:
You can set up different SignRequest accounts for each brand by following the steps above with each account’s unique API token.
