Your company logo helps keep all your communications on brand. Once uploaded, your logo appears in emails, formatted resumes, LiveList, and any other touchpoints with candidates and contacts.

  • This article explains how to add or change your logo in your account settings, and how to add it to your document templates.

⚠️ Important: If your logo does not appear when previewing a document in the customisation page, this is expected system behaviour. The logo will display correctly when you send the document to a candidate.

Add or Change Your Company Logo

  1. Go to the menu, then select Settings and click Admin Settings.

  2. Click System Preferences, then locate the company logo option.

  3. Upload your logo image, then click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: The wildcard #CompanyLogo# uses this image. If you use this wildcard in your templates, it will automatically display the logo you upload here.

Add Your Logo to Documents

  1. Go to Settings, then click Document Builder.

  2. Select the Brand, Doc Type, and Template Name you want to update.

  3. Review the list of available wildcards on the right side of the screen, then click #Brand.Logo# to insert it into your template.

  4. Click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: When previewing the document in the customisation page, the logo will not display β€” this is expected behaviour. To confirm your logo is working correctly, send the document to a candidate, then click Preview to check the output.

πŸ€“ Tip: Not sure what wildcards are? Learn more about using wildcards in your templates in the wildcards guide.

Best Practices

  • Test your logo template by sending a document to a test candidate before sending it to live contacts.

  • Upload a high-resolution version of your logo to ensure it displays clearly across all document types.

  • After updating your logo, check both email and document templates to confirm the change has applied everywhere.

FAQs

Q1: Why isn't my logo showing when I preview the document in the customisation page?

  • Answer: This is expected system behaviour. The logo does not display in the customisation preview, but it will appear correctly when you preview the document after sending it to a candidate.

Q2: My logo is still not showing after I added the wildcard and saved. What should I do?

  • Answer: Add the #Brand.Logo# wildcard to your template, click Save, then send the document to a candidate and use Preview to check the result. If the logo still does not appear, request human assistance through the chat messenger and a member of the team will investigate further.

Q3: Which wildcard should I use for my logo?

  • Answer: Use #Brand.Logo# in Document Builder templates. Use #CompanyLogo# for other template types that reference your system-level logo.
