The Vincere Marketplace is your central hub for discovering and managing apps, services, and API integrations that extend the power of your Vincere system. Whether you're looking to connect a new tool, explore partner services, or manage API access for your team, everything you need is available in one place.
β οΈ Important: You must have the System Administrator role to access the Marketplace and manage API consent settings.
Explore and Manage the Vincere Marketplace
Access the Marketplace
Log in to your Vincere account, then go to Settings.
Click Marketplace in the left-hand navigation menu.
You will land on the Marketplace page, which contains three tabs at the top: Marketplace, API, and Consent.
The Marketplace Tab
The Marketplace tab is where you can browse and install apps and services available for your Vincere system. It is divided into two sub-tabs: Apps and Services.
Apps
The Apps sub-tab displays all available integrations and add-on products you can connect to Vincere.
To view more details about any app, click on its card. A side panel will open showing a full description, key features, and download or installation options where available.
Services
The Services sub-tab showcases partner services available through the Vincere ecosystem. These include recruitment-focused resources such as:
Recruitment Journeys β A podcast series for recruitment professionals.
Talent Talk Asia β Hosted by Andrea Ross, this podcast covers recruitment topics across Asia. Click Listen now from the information panel to access it.
The RAG Podcast β Industry discussions for recruiters.
CRM Implementation and Configuration β Professional services for Vincere setup.
Personal Branding Coach for Recruiters β Coaching services via Brand Better.
The Recruitment Mentors Podcast β Insights and mentorship for recruiters.
The Purpose-Led Leadership Podcast β Leadership content for recruitment leaders.
Providing IT Management as a Service β Managed IT services via Lengthorn Consultancy.
Click on any service card to view more information in the side panel.
The API Tab
The API tab is where API key information is managed. For privacy and security reasons, public access to the API Key has been removed.
To access the API Key, Vincere needs to verify who will be accessing it and the services they will be providing. The third party may be required to agree to Vincere's API terms before access is granted.
π Note: To request API access, contact the Vincere Support team through the Help Centre.
The Consent Tab
The Consent tab, labelled API Consent Management, is where administrators manage consent records for APIv3 authentication.
This is where you can view, create, and edit consent entries that authorise third-party apps to connect to your Vincere system.
The consent list displays the following columns:
Column | Description |
App Provider | The name of the third-party provider granted access. |
App Name | The specific application name under that provider. |
Representative User | The Vincere user associated with this consent record. |
Status | Whether the consent is currently Active or inactive. |
Date Approved | The date and time the consent was approved. |
Transfer API Consent Ownership to Another User
If an administrator or representative user leaves the team or changes roles, you can transfer the API consent ownership to another user without disrupting the integration.
Go to Settings, then click Marketplace.
Click the Consent tab at the top of the page.
Locate the consent record you want to update, then click the eye icon in the View column to open it.
In the Edit Consent panel, click the Representative User dropdown, then select the user you want to assign as the new owner.
Review the remaining fields β Scope, Status, Approver β and update them if needed.
Click Save to apply the changes.
π Note: The Scope field controls what level of access the consent grants. Normal scope includes read and write access to business fields and tracking fields.
Best Practices
Review your active consent records regularly to ensure they are assigned to current team members.
Transfer consent ownership promptly when a representative user leaves the organisation to avoid disruption to connected integrations.
Only grant API access to verified third parties who have agreed to Vincere's API terms.
Use descriptive app and provider names when creating new consent records to make them easy to identify later.
