Bulk Tracking

Learn how to use the Bulk Tracking page to monitor bulk SMS, job list sends, and candidate shortlisting actions. Review statuses, filter results, and check SMS failure reasons without leaving the system.

This article explains how to use the Bulk Tracking page to monitor bulk actions and review their progress. For SMS actions, the page also shows delivery results and failure reasons returned by Twilio so you do not need to switch to the Twilio console.

Track Bulk Action Progress

  1. Click Show More in the side menu, then click Bulk Tracking.

  2. Use the All Actions filter to show a specific action type, such as Send SMS, Send Job List, or Shortlisting Candidates.

  3. Use the All Statuses filter to show actions by status.

  4. Use the All Users filter to show actions performed by a specific user.

  5. Click Refresh to load the latest progress updates.

  6. Find the action you want to review, then click the View icon.

Tracking Statuses

Status

Meaning

Processing

The action is still running.

Done

The action completed successfully.

Failed

The action did not complete successfully. For SMS actions, open the record to review the error returned by Twilio.


View SMS Delivery Details

  1. Open the Bulk Tracking page, then find the SMS action you want to review.

  2. Click the View icon to open the tracking details.

  3. Review the completion summary to see the total number of recipients, delivered messages, and failed messages.

  4. Use Search or the All Statuses filter to narrow the recipient list.

  5. Review the Phone, Delivery Status, Delivered Time, and Error columns for each recipient.

  6. Check the lower details panel to view the message content and the full error message for the selected record.
