How to locate and edit email template 11.1: Request availability → Candidate
Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a candidate to request their availability.

Template ID: 11.1
Name: Request availability → Candidate
Recipient Type: Candidate
Clear Navigation Steps:
Go to Settings, then click Email templates.
In the left panel, select Request availability.
Choose 11.1 Request availability → Candidate.
Select Default variant (or your custom variant).
In the left panel, the group Request availability is selected.
The template 11.1 Request availability → Candidate is highlighted.
Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.
