Vincere Engage provides tools to manage job portals and enhance your recruitment processes. This guide explains how to access and configure the Engage settings and troubleshoot issues such as missing options in the admin area.

Accessing the Engage Admin Settings

To access the admin settings for Vincere Engage and manage your job board settings:

  1. Log in to Vincere Core.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Marketplace from the main menu.

  3. Select Vincere Engage from the available options.

  4. Go to the Setup tab and choose Setup. This will redirect you to the Engage admin area where you can manage job board configurations and other Engage settings.

Troubleshooting Missing "Setup" Options

If the "Setup" option is not visible in the Engagement Hub, it typically indicates that the Engage feature is not enabled on your account. Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Verify that the Engage feature is enabled for your organization. - Contact an administrator with the appropriate permissions to ensure Engage is activated.

  2. Once Engage is enabled, the "Setup" options for Client and Candidate Portals will become available.

  3. Navigate back to Settings > Marketplace > Engagement Hub and check for the Setup tab.

Permissions and Prerequisites

To access and configure Engagement Hub settings, ensure the following:

  • Engage must be enabled on your Vincere account.

  • You must have administrative permissions to access and modify settings within the Engagement Hub.
