The Company Stats Dashboard in Vincere Intelligence provides an all-encompassing view of your client companies' activities, financial contributions, and job status.

  • This dashboard is essential for tracking client engagement, identifying high-performing accounts, and optimizing resource allocation to enhance profitability and service quality.

  • Revenue Insights: Track total fees billed to clients, segmented by type (Permanent, Temporary, and Retainer).

  • Activity & Effort Tracking: Monitor activities per company, average activities per placement, and effort required to schedule first interviews.

  • Job Progression: View an overview of job statuses (open, closed, inactive, and active) and candidate pipeline stages by company.

  • Fee Model Breakdown: Analyze client base by fee models (fixed, variable, or retainer) to understand revenue structures.

β­• How to Access the Company Stats Dashboard?

To access the Company Stats Dashboard, simply navigate to the Intelligence icon in the left-side panel > then click on Company Stats.

If you don't see the Company Stats Dashboard, you may need permission to view it. Follow the steps below based on your role:

For Admin Users

For Non-Admin Users

  1. Go to Settings > User Management.

  2. Find your name in the user list and click on it.

  3. Navigate to the Permissions tab.

  4. Scroll down to the INTELLIGENCE section.

  5. In Analytics Advanced, check the box for Company Stats.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

If you're not an admin, please contact a colleague with admin privileges to grant you access to the Company Stats Dashboard.

β­• Understanding the Metrics

πŸ“Š Company Stats

Get the full picture of the fees billed, jobs created, and application stages for each of your clients/companies.


1. Fees by Company

Ever wondered which companies are your biggest clients? This chart provides you with a grand scheme of your total Booked Fees with each of the companies.

  • We've broken down these totals into three categories:

Fees (Temp)

Fees (Perm)

Fees (Retainer)

  • The data is based on the Booked Date of the placements.

  • The report excludes placements made for jobs created before 01/01/2020.

2. Jobs by Company

This chart offers a quick look at job data for your client companies.

  • It shows how many jobs are open, closed, inactive, and active for each.

The report table also shows the number of contacts per each of your clients and the number of candidates, either rejected or not, that are in any of the ATS stages, including placed and floated candidates.

This can help you spot trends and identify companies with the most promising job opportunities.

3. Stages by Company

Displays candidate progression through ATS stages, helping to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring pipelines.

A summary of the activities and effort exerted by each company

1. Activities by Company

This dashboard provides a clear overview of activities from emails received to placements made for each of your client companies.

  • The data allows you to compare the efforts that you’ve made for each of your clients to identify areas for improvement or optimization.

πŸ‘‰ Hover over a company for a more detailed view of specific activities performed, you can click on each activity to exclude it from the chart.

2. Avg Activities per Placement

The report shows the average number of activities required per Placement per each of your clients, returning an effort-adjusted performance metric, helping you pinpoint high-performing companies and companies that require more attention and efforts.

3. Avg Activities per 1st Interview

Similar to the β€œAvg Activities per Placement”, this report shows the average number of activities required to schedule a candidate interview per each of your clients.

  • πŸ‘‰ This is another effort-adjusted performance metric, which can help you pinpoint more efficient companies and companies that need more effort for the same level of productivity.

πŸ“Š Fee Model Stats

This report provides clear breakdowns of your customer base.

  • Highlighting the percentage of companies with and without a Fee Model, and breaking down the composition of the Fee Model types across your client base, whether it's fixed, variable, or a retainer fee model type.

  • The data is based on the Reg. Date of the companies.

  • The Consultant filter enables you to drill-down into the data based on Company Owners.

β­• Definition of Filter Factors

Definition of factors in the filter board on the right-hand side:

1. Date: filter by a specific time period by months.

2. Location: filter by each office location or multiple locations.

3. Brand: filter by consultant's brand or multiple brands.

4. Division: filter by consultant's division or multiple divisions.

5. Team: filter by consultant's team or multiple teams.

6. Consultant: filter by individual consultant or multiple consultants, including active & inactive consultants.

7. Consultant Status: filter by Active / Inactive users / both. By default, Inactive Users are included.

8. Job Category (not relevant for Fee Model Stats report): filter by Jobs, Job Leads, both, or none.

9. Job type (not relevant for Fee Model Stats report): filter by specific job types: Contract, Interim / Project Consulting, Permanent, Temp-To-Perm, or Temporary

10. Fee Model (only for Fee Model Stats report): filter by either companies with or without a fee model, or both.

11. Company ID: copy and paste the company ID to see stats related to that single company only.
