If you've made a placement and need to notify your accounting team about the compensation details, Vincere provides a simple way to send this information directly from the platform.
⭕ How to Send Compensation Info to Accounting in Vincere
Follow the steps ⬇️ to Send Compensation Info to Accounting
Ensure that you have successfully placed the candidate in Vincere.
On the Placement Details page, click on Action and then select Send Compensation Info to Accounting.
Enter the Accountant’s Email:
Add the email address of your accountant(s), review the email body to ensure all details are correct, and hit Send.
A summary of the placement and compensation info will be sent to your accountant(s).
💡 PRO TIP: Add Default Accountant Emails
You can set default accountant email addresses so you don’t have to enter them manually each time.
Go to Settings > Admin Settings > Email Settings > Accountant Emails.
Add the email addresses of your accounting team, and these will auto-populate when sending compensation info.
⭕ Customize the Email Template:
Configure the email template to suit your business needs by following these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Email Template.
In the left-side panel under the ATS section, find and customize Template 2.21.
Once you've made your changes, click Save.
This allows you to efficiently notify your accountants of placement compensation details, streamlining your workflow.
