This article is relevant only for customers who have access to the Job Portal module on Vincere Portals (Digital)
Admin users of Vincere Portals have the flexibility to choose between two application flows, catering to varying recruitment needs and preferences.
Here's a breakdown of the available options:
Flow 1: Require candidates to register before applying for a job.
Flow 2: Allow candidates to apply for a job without registering.
Once you've selected your desired application flow, the next step is to customize the Job Application forms.
This can be done through the Customizer tool within Vincere Portals. Inside the Customizer, you'll find functionalities to adjust the Job Apply widget, allowing you to toggle field visibility, and modify text or colours.
1. Navigate to the Job Apply widget in the Customizer
Log in to your Vincere Portals account.
Navigate to the Job Portal Customizer section.
Within the Job Portal Customizer, scroll down to find the Main Content area where the Job List is presented.
Look for the Open Application Form button underneath the Job List
From here, you'll notice a blue pencil icon next to the widget. Click on it to open the Widget settings and styling options.
Click on the Open Application Form button located in the Preview area to open the Forms Preview (Please note that it's important to open the Widget configuration before opening the Forms Preview).
All configuration options for the forms are located on the left-hand side under the widget's settings and styling area.
On the right-hand side, you'll find a list of forms available for configuration. To open the Form Preview, simply click on the button's title located at the bottom of the Preview popup.

Important Note: When editing the Job Application forms, it's essential to keep the Override Widget Setting OFF to apply the changes to the Job Portal and the Job Details pages

If Candidate Application Flow 1 is enabled, candidates will see the Job Application form after logging in or registering a new account.
If Candidate Application Flow 2 is enabled, this form is displayed immediately upon clicking the Apply Now button.

The Consent Checkbox appears on both the Registration and Application Form.
Within this section, you will find options to:
Enable or disable the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy link.
Edit the title of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy text to suit your preferences.
Provide the URL or upload the file of your company's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Specify how the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy should be opened, such as in a new tab or the same tab.
3. Configure the fields on Job Application form
To configure the fields shown on the Job Application Form:
Navigate to the left-hand side widget settings and locate the "Application Form" section.
Within the "Application Form" section, you'll find a list of fields displayed on the form.
To hide specific fields from the Job Application form, toggle the switch OFF next to the fields you wish to hide.
To modify the mandatory status of a field:
a. Check the box to make the field mandatory.
b. Uncheck the box to make the field optional.
After making the desired adjustments to the forms, navigate to the top right-hand corner of the page and click on the Publish button to publish the changes.
