What this Zap does:
By using Zapier with Vincere you can update the GDPR details of a Candidate when either of the following takes place:
New Candidate created in Vincere
Candidate added to a Talent Pool
How it works:
New Candidate created in Vincere / Candidate added to a Talent Pool
Zapier auto updates their GDPR details in Vincere
1/ First make sure you have Zapier setup inside Vincere
2/ Set up the trigger:
3/ Select your Vincere account:
4/ Test your trigger:
5/ Set up your Action:
6/ Now map the data that you want to pull into the GDPR fields:
*Make sure you choose the date format as below
7/ Skip Test:
* always skip the test as this Zap has to be run with live data and cannot be tested through Zapier
8/ Turn Zap on:
9/ Add a test Candidate into Vincere > GDPR details are updated:
10/ The update is saved as a Comment on the Candidates record:
