As a Super User, you can track your consultants’ activities in the User Engagement dashboard in Intelligence. This dashboard allows you to view the actions that users have taken inside Vincere, as well as completed and scheduled actions.
Whenever you open Intelligence, you will land on this dashboard.
This tab will show you the activities that your consultants have taken.
By default, it will show 11 activities, but you can always click the filters section and select which activities you want to see.
What activities can I see?
User Engagement activities include:
- Emails sent through Vincere
- Meetings (Candidates/Contacts)
- Calls (Candidates/Contacts)
- Pipeline Activities (shortlist, sent, interviews, offer, placements)
- New data (Candidate, Contact, Company, Job)
