How do I create mandatory fields?

You can choose which fields you'd like to make mandatory across Candidates, Contacts, Companies and Jobs

This is super simple. All you need to do is head over to Settings > Field Configuration and then select all of the fields you'd like to make mandatory

Any fields you've selected to be mandatory will then be visible in red on the Candidate/Contact/Company/Job profiles with a red * next to the field
