All about Adding New Fields to the Candidate Profile in Vincere

⭕ Settings

  1. From the Settings menu, select Field Configuration.

  2. The configuration tool allows you to create fields for your Candidates, Contacts, Jobs, Company records, and Placements.

⭕ Configuring the Candidate’s Summary Page

  1. You can rearrange the layout of the fields, remove irrelevant fields, and add or reorder tabs/sections.

  2. Choose a Field Type and find the new field you have added.

  3. Click on Edit Field.

  4. Rename the field as needed.

  5. Choose to enable the field as a 'Custom Column' and/or 'Wildcard'.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Go back to the Candidate Summary.

  8. Search for the field you have created, choose the section, and drag & drop the new field. Hit Save.

⭕ Making the Field a 'Custom Column'

  1. When updating the new field information, tick the box "Enable Custom Column".

  2. Once saved, the custom column will be available in the Table Views & Configuration.

⭕ Making the Field Mandatory

  1. From the list of fields, make the field mandatory by checking the box.

⭕ Setting the Field as a Wildcard

  1. You can use custom fields from candidates, contacts, companies, and jobs as wildcards in the Document Builder.

  2. Select the checkbox to enable the wildcard.

  3. Input the wildcard title and field name.

  4. Input a key for the wildcard: this is the unique variable for each wildcard (You do not have to include # in the key).

By following these steps, you can customize your candidate profiles in Vincere to suit your specific requirements, ensuring that all necessary information is easily accessible and manageable.
