Welcome to the Infinity Release 🚀

We're sure you've got lots of questions and are really excited to get going trying out all these funky new features. 

We've complied a list of FAQs below on this release - and will keep adding to this list every few days as questions come in through our support channels. 

MailChimp FAQs

🚀Q: How many candidates can I export to MailChimp at one time?
A: You can export up to 10,000 records to MailChimp at one time. 

🚀Q: How do I use MailChimp?

🚀Q: How can I import everyone that has unsubscribed in MailChimp back into Vincere?
A: At this stage, you can't do this, however you'll be able to do this in our next hotfix which is scheduled for July. 

GDPR FAQs

🚀Q: How do we stay compliant with GDPR?
A: There are many ways you can stay GDPR compliant with Vincere including our Client/Candidate Engagement Hubs, automated consent processes, GDPR dashboards and much more! Check out our shiny new features here

🚀Q: How do I know when Candidates have given consent through the Engagement Hub?
A: We've built audit-ready activity logs. Every interaction is timestamped and recording under the Candidate Activities tab and can be tracked in analytics.

On-boarding & Availability FAQs

🚀Q: How do I ask my Candidates for their availability?
A: All you need to do is find the Candidate(s) you wish to request availability from (up to 200 at a time) > Actions > 'Request availability’ which will generate a personalised email out to these Candidates. 

Configuration tools FAQs

🚀Q: What rules are automatically applied to the new Mandatory Fields in Configuration Tools?
A: In this release we're bringing in the ability to add in Mandatory Fields in the Candidate/Contact/Job/Company fields. There are no rules applied to these fields yet, the fields will appear in red with a red asterisk prompting users to fill in this information - however they will still be able to move to other areas of Vincere without entering anything into the field. 

We need your feedback on how you'd like these fields to function in the future e.g. not allow you to click anywhere else in Vincere.. but this could lead to users filling the mandatory fields with 'ABCD' in order to move to a different page.. 

We're working towards complete configuration of the Candidate summary - and this is the vision for all entities (Contact/Job/Company). This level of configuration out-of-the box has never been built before by anyone in this market - we want you to drive this innovation and let us know how you'd like it to function. 

🚀Q: Can you make fields mandatory in the Quick Add?
A: At this stage mandatory fields are only available in Candidates/Companies/Jobs/Contacts (you can access these from configuration tools) however by the end of Q3 you'll be able to add mandatory fields in Quick Add too.

Document Builder FAQs

🚀Q: How does the new document builder work?
A: We're made some huge changes to the document builder and we're really excited to share them with you.

Brands, Teams & Divisions FAQs

🚀Q: How do brands, teams, divisions work?
A: You ca configure Vincere to match your company's structure. Brands, divisions and teams - we’ve got all your business units covered.

Simply head over to Settings to create and manage these. 

Engagement Hub FAQs

🚀Q: How do I invite my Candidates to the new Candidate Engagement Hub?
A: All you need to do is head to the Candidate(s) you wish to invite (up to 200 at a time), Actions > Invite to Engagement Hub. This will generate a fully personalised email out to these Candidates with a link to their very own portal.

🚀Q: How do I make documents available to my clients in the Client Hub?
A: From the File tab, simply select the checkbox against the documents they need access to. Vincere makes the file available for them to view and download on the Client Hub instantly.

Vincere Search FAQs

🚀Q: How does the new saved search work?
A: If you frequently search for the same search strings in Vincere, you can save time by creating saved searches in Advanced Search mode.

All you have to do is simply create your search and hit on the little green ‘save’ icon in the search bar. 


🚀Q: I can't find the free text search, has this been moved?

A: We've made the search much easier by merging the free text and field search together. You can still run a free text search, simply start typing in the search bar and hit enter = this is now a free text field. You can also combine this free text field with another field such as Industry or Location. 

Candidate On-boarding FAQs

🚀Q: How do I choose which documents I want to include in the on-boarding process for my Candidates?
A: You can easily do this by heading to the Job record > On-boarding tab and select the documents you'd like your Candidates to upload. 

🚀Q: Where can I find a full list of files relating to my Candidates e.g. resumes, cover letters, visas etc?
A: You can access a complete table of all of your files for all entities by going to the On-boarding chevron and selecting Files from the dropdown. 

🚀Q: How many Contacts/Candidates can we email at one time?
A: You can bulk email up to 200 at a time.
