How to Log in to Vincere & Troubleshooting Login Issues

⭕ Logging into Vincere

There are multiple ways to log in to Vincere. If you are a new user, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Welcome Email: You will receive an email from Vincere with your login details.

    • Tenant Site URL (e.g., https://yourcompanyname.vincere.io)

    • Your registered email address (e.g., yourname@gmail.com)

    • A system-generated password (e.g., tRGHGLV438mS)

  2. Click on the Log In button in the email.

  3. Enter your credentials (email and generated password).

  4. Once logged in, navigate to User Settings.

  5. Select the option Change Password.

  6. Update your password as desired.

🎯 MFA Troubleshooting

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issues can occasionally prevent login. Follow the steps below to resolve common MFA-related problems.

If you're having trouble accessing Vincere, follow these troubleshooting steps:

🎯 Forgot Your Password

If you cannot remember your password:

  1. Click on Forgot Password on the login page.

  2. Enter your login email address.

  3. Check your email for a Verification Code.

  4. Enter the code on the Vincere site and create a new password.

🎯 Issues Logging in/ can't access the Tenant site?

If you were previously able to log in/ access your site, but one day you can’t:

  • Do not use an old bookmark. Instead, manually type in your Tenant Site URL.

  • Ensure you are using the correct email and password.

  • Delete your browser’s cache and cookies, then try again.

Common MFA Issues and Immediate Solutions

  1. Inconsistent or Missing MFA Codes:

    • If MFA codes are sporadic or missing, use the one-time login link sent to your registered email.

    • Check spam or junk folders for the login link.

  2. Locked Out Due to MFA Failure:

    • If completely locked out, an administrator can send a temporary one-time login link to your email.

    • If the link expires, request a resend.

  3. Not Receiving MFA Codes via SMS:

    • Request a temporary login link if SMS-based MFA fails.

    • After login, re-enroll in MFA following organizational protocols.

Next Steps After Regaining Temporary Access Once access is restored using a temporary login link:

  • Verify that your phone number and email are accurately updated in your user profile.

  • Reset and reconfigure MFA by following organizational security protocols.

  • Click on the Chat Button at the bottom right of the screen.
