This article answers common questions about how Vincere works now that it's available inside Access Evo, including login, access, support, and admin questions.
Getting Started
Q1: What does Vincere in Evo mean?
Answer: Vincere is now available directly inside your Access Evo workspace. It appears as a tab within Access Evo, alongside your other Access products, and everything works exactly the same as before.
Q2: How do I access Vincere inside Evo?
Answer: Log in to your Evo workspace, click the Access menu on the left-hand side, then select Vincere. It opens as a tab right inside Evo, so you do not need a separate login or browser window.
Q3: What's my Evo login URL?
Answer: Your login URL depends on your region.
Region | Login URL |
UK | go.accessacloud.com |
APAC | go.access-workspace.com.au |
US | us.access-evo.com |
EU | eu.access-evo.com |
If you're unsure which URL applies to you, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Q4: Do I need a new login or password?
Answer: No. You log in with your existing Access Identity credentials, the same ones you have been using for Evo. If you have not set up Access Identity yet, you will be prompted to do so the first time you log in to Vincere.
Existing Links and URLs
Q5: Can I still use my Vincere URL (companyname.vincere.io)?
Answer: Yes. Your usual Vincere URL still works. It now redirects you to your Evo workspace, where Vincere opens as a tab, so one login gets you to everything.
Q6: Can I use Vincere outside of Access Evo?
Answer: No. Vincere is now part of Access Evo and is accessed alongside your other Access products within Access Evo.
Session and Login Behaviour
Q7: I'm being asked to log in again. Is something wrong?
Answer: Not necessarily. If you have been inactive for a period or switched between access methods, you may need to log in again. If this happens frequently or unexpectedly, request human assistance through the chat messenger.
Q8: Where do I reset my password?
Answer: Go to your Evo workspace login page and click Forgot Password, or manage your password through Evo Account Settings. Password management is handled through Access Identity, so the reset option has not been removed, it has just moved location.
Q9: I'm a new user. How do I get access?
Answer: Your admin needs to add you as a member in Evo first. Once that's done, you will be prompted to set up your Access Identity account on your first login, and from there you can access Vincere directly from your Evo workspace.
How It Works
Q10: Does anything change about how Vincere works?
Answer: No. Vincere works exactly the same way inside Access Evo as it did before. All your features, data, workflows, automations, and settings remain unchanged. The only difference is where you access it from.
Q11: Can I open multiple Vincere tabs at the same time?
Answer: Yes. You can open multiple Vincere tabs within Evo at the same time, just like you would in a browser. This makes it easy to work across different records, searches, or views without losing your place.
Q12: What about links in emails (deep links)?
Answer: Links in notification emails and system-generated messages from Vincere open in your Evo workspace. If you click a link and Vincere doesn't load, check that you have an active Vincere seat and that your tenant has been activated. If the issue continues, request human assistance through the chat messenger.
Q13: Why do some pages open in a new browser tab?
Answer: This is expected for certain content, particularly external links and third-party integrations. Vincere's core functionality stays within the Evo tab, but some external content opens separately.
Q14: Will my bookmarks still work?
Answer: Yes. Existing bookmarks pointing to companyname.vincere.io redirect you to your Evo workspace. We recommend updating your bookmarks to your Evo login URL for the smoothest experience.
Admin and User Management
Q15: How do I add new users to Vincere through Evo?
Answer: Access to Vincere is controlled through Access Evo Members, alongside the rest of your Access Evo products. What each user can see and do within Vincere is still managed through the user management settings in your Vincere tab, just as before.
Q16: Can I control which users have access to Evo products?
Answer: Yes. User access is managed through Access Evo Members, where you control who can see Vincere and your other Access Evo products. Granular permissions within Vincere, such as user roles and record access, continue to be set inside Vincere.
Support
Q17: Something isn't working. Who do I contact?
Answer: Request human assistance through the chat messenger on your Vincere tab.
Q18: Where can I learn more about Access Evo?
Answer: Check out the Access Evo Help Centre for articles, guides, and tutorials. Your Customer Success Manager can also arrange a walkthrough session if you would like a personal tour of the platform.
