📌 This Guide is for customers who purchased the Vincere Portals Add-on. If you're interested in getting Vincere Portals, please reach out to your Account Manager for more information.

By default, all emails sent through Vincere Portals are from noreply@vincere.io. For a more professional touch, you may want to send emails from your own business email domain.

⭕ How to Set Up Your Business Email for Vincere Portals

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Ensure your email account is not an alias and has a functioning inbox to receive emails.

  • Do not change the Site Email in your Portals' Site Settings until your email is successfully registered.

⭕ Steps to Register and Verify Your Email Address for Vincere Portals

1. Contact Vincere Support to begin the registration process for your business email.

2. Once your email is registered, you will receive an email from no-reply-aws@amazon.com.

  • Check your inbox for this email—it contains a verification link.

3. Click the verification link in the email to complete the verification process.

4. Once your email is successfully verified, you can update the Site Email in your Portals' Site Settings to your business email domain.

⚠️ Important Reminder:

  • Verify your email address within 24 hours of receiving the verification email.

  • If the link expires, you will need to contact Vincere Support to resend the verification email.

By following these steps, you'll ensure emails are sent from your own business domain, adding a more professional touch to your communication.
