This article is relevant only for customers who have access to the Vincere Portals (Digital) product.

By default, all Vincere Portals emails are sent from noreply@vincere.io.

You may want to send emails from your own business email domain for a more professional touch.

Here's how you can set that up:

⚠️ Important Note:

  1. Ensure that your email account is not an alias and has a functioning inbox to receive emails.

  2. Retain from changing the Site Email in your Portals' Site Settings until your email is successfully registered.

  1. To initiate the process, get in touch with the Vincere Support Team. They will guide you through the registration of your email address.

  2. Once your email is registered, you will receive an email from no-reply-aws@amazon.com. Look for the email in the inbox of the registered email address - this email contains a verification link.

  3. Click on the verification link provided. This will complete the verification process for your email address.

  4. Once your email address is successfully verified, you can proceed to update the Site Email in your Portals' Site Settings to your business email domain.

⚠️ Important Note: Please ensure to verify your email address within 24 hours from the time the verification email is sent.

If the link expires, you'll need to reach out to our Vincere Support Team for assistance.
