How to use the KPI View:

This guide will walk you through the essential steps to effectively use the KPI View.

Selecting Goal Type.

In the Vincere Goal Console, you can decide to assign consultants with either monthly or weekly targets (or both). When using the KPI View, it is essential that you select either Monthly or Weekly goal types. You shouldn’t select both options: if you do select both Monthly or Weekly, your reports will aggregate both targets and actuals, leading the reports to output meaningless metrics.

Choosing Fees By.

Specify the metric by which you want to analyze consultant fees. You must select only one of the 2 available options: Booked Date, if you want to allocate placement fees on the date a placement has been booked, or Start Date, if you want to allocate the placement fees on the date a placement is due to start. Please, note that selecting “Empty” will include in your reports the non-revenue related KPIs (therefore, not selecting “Empty” will exclude from your reports those KPIs non-revenue related).

Filtering by Year.

To ensure accurate information, you must set the reporting timeframe. Utilize the "Year" field to select the specific year you want to analyze your consultants’ performance on.

Month / Week.

The “Month / Week” field shows the month number, or the week number, in the filtered year, depending on what Goal Type you’ve selected. For instance, if you have selected Monthly as your Goal Type, the “Month / Week” field will show numbers representing the months, so 6 means June; if you have selected Weekly as your Goal Type, the “Month / Week” field will show the week numbers, so 6 is the 6th week of the year.

Generating Reports.

After selecting the Goal Type, Fees By, and Year, you’re ready to build your Performance Report 🚀
