Uploading files one by one to Company, Contact, or Candidate profiles can be time-consuming. Vincere's Bulk Upload feature streamlines this process, allowing you to upload multiple files simultaneously.

⭕ Uploading Files to Company and Contact Profiles

  1. Navigate to the Profile:

    • Open the Company or Contact profile and go to the Files tab.

  2. Start the Upload:

    • Click the Upload button to open the file selection screen. You can either drag and drop files or manually select them from your device.

  3. Select Document Type:

    • After selecting and uploading the files, choose the document type from the dropdown menu next to each file to classify it correctly.

    • 📂 If you need to create a new document type, refer to this article.

  4. Delete a File:

    • If you've added a file by mistake, click the red trash bin icon next to the file to remove it.

  5. Supported File Types:

    • The valid file types for Company and Contact profiles are: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, .xls, .xlsx, .html, .msg, .mht, .txt.

  6. Complete the Upload:

    • Once you’ve selected and classified all the files, click Upload to finalize the process.

    • A confirmation message will appear once the files have been uploaded successfully, and the files will be available in the record's Files tab.


⭕ Uploading Files to Candidate Profiles

  1. Navigate to the Profile:

    • Open the Candidate profile and go to the Files tab.

  2. Start the Upload:

    • Click the Upload button to open the file selection screen. You can either drag and drop files or manually select them from your device.

  3. Select Document Type:

    • After selecting and uploading the files, choose the document type from the dropdown menu next to each file to classify it correctly.

    • 📂 If you need to create a new document type, refer to this article

  4. Set Expiry Date:

    • During the upload process, you can set an expiry date for each document by clicking the field and selecting a date from the calendar.

    • 📌 To make the expiry date mandatory, follow the steps in this help article.

  5. Mark Latest CV:

    • If you’re uploading multiple documents to a candidate profile, you can mark one file as the Latest CV.

    • Doing so will overwrite any existing Latest CV in the profile. Remember, there can only be one document tagged as the Latest CV per candidate profile.

  6. Delete a File:

    • If you've added a file by mistake, click the red trash bin icon next to the file to remove it.

  7. Supported File Types:

    • The valid file types for Candidate profiles are: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, .xls, .xlsx, .html, .htm, .msg, .mht, .ppt, .pptx, .csv, .png, .jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .jng, .gif.

  8. Complete the Upload:

    • Once you’ve selected and classified all the files, click Upload to finalize the process.

    • A confirmation message will appear once the files have been uploaded successfully, and the files will be available in the record's Files tab.

⚠️ Warning

  • If you try to close the upload window without completing the process, a warning message will appear.

    • Clicking Yes will discard all the files in the window and cancel the upload.

    • Clicking No will return you to the window to continue the upload.
