⭕ Consolidated Activities Dashboard Overview

The Consolidated Activities Dashboard is your go-to tool for viewing and managing all activities across different entities in Vincere.

  • This centralized table view is designed to give you an at-a-glance overview of the activities happening across the platform, making it an invaluable resource for tracking performance, understanding collaboration, and auditing actions.

  1. Enhanced Visibility: Provides a clear, centralized overview of all activities, making it easier to track progress and performance.

  2. Improved Accessibility: Quick access to documents and records directly from the dashboard, reducing time spent searching for files.

⭕ Navigate to The Consolidated Activities Dashboard

To View The Activities Dashboard, simply just click on the Activities icons in the the Main Menu on the left of the screen.

⭕ What You Can See in the Consolidated Activities Dashboard

Centralized Activity Overview:

  • All Activities in One Place: View all activities, including Goals/KPIs, across all entities (Candidates, Jobs, Companies, Contacts and Deals.) in a single, filterable table.

  • Cross-User Visibility: All users can view activities, including those from other users within or outside their brand.

Headline Stats:

  • Activity Volume Overview: Get a quick snapshot of the total number of all activities such as Total Activities, Total Users, Candidates, Jobs, Companies, Contacts and Deals.

  • Filter by Date and User: Drill down into specific data by filtering activities by date and user.

📝 Note: Unique records (e.g., Candidates, Jobs) do not contribute to the total activity count.

Track Record Changes:

  • Audit Trail: See who made edits, deletions, and other changes to records, complete with user details and timestamps.

  • Collaboration Insight: Understand how consultants interact with various entities/records, including updates on placements and the specifics of those edits.

  • Placement Logs: Now you can track when changes have been made to Placement Information - The following fields are tracked ⬇️

    1. Offer Date

    2. Booked Date

    3. Start Date

    4. End Date

    5. Primary Approver (Timesheets / Expenses / Leave)

    6. Secondary Approver (Timesheets / Expenses / Leave)

    7. Time Interval

    8. Pay & Bill Rate

    9. Pay Rate Added / Removed

Search Activities:

  • By Entity Name: Find activities related to a specific entity.

  • By Summary: Search for specific keywords or information within activity summaries.

Powerful Filtering Options:

1. Activity Filters: Control which types of activities are displayed in the table (e.g., emails, meetings, tasks).

Available Filters Option in the Consolidated Activities Dashboard

2. Time Period Filters: Focus on activities from a specific timeframe.

3. User Filters: Narrow down activities by specific users.

Available Columns in the Consolidated Activities Dashboard:

  1. Entity ID: The unique identifier for each entity (e.g., Candidate, Job, Contact, Company).

  2. Entity Name: The name of the entity, such as the name of a candidate, job title, or company name.

  3. Brands: The brand or segment within your organization associated with the activity.

  4. Goal / Activity: Describes the goal or type of activity logged (e.g., Task, Meeting, Email Sent).

  5. Users: The name(s) of the user(s) who performed the activity.

  6. Assignee: The user assigned to the activity or task.

  7. Created Date: The date and time when the activity was created.

  8. Summary: A brief description or overview of the activity.

  9. Attachments: Displays the number of attachments related to each activity.

    • Usage: You can click the number to open a list of attachments, with options to download or preview each attachment directly from the list.

    • How it works:

      • When an activity includes attachments (like comments, tasks, or meetings), the attachment count is displayed.

      • Clicking on the attachment count opens a new previewer where users can download or preview each attachment.

📝 Note: By default, the "Attachments" column will not be added in the table view. You will need to add this column through the Smart View > Columns list.

  • Placement, Company, Contact, Candidate, and Deals Activities: The "Attachments" column, along with other fields, can be customized to appear in the table view.

⭕ Data anonymization

  • Under Admin Settings > Activities Settings, toggle on Data Privacy to redact personal data from deleted Candidate & Contact records

  • All Activities associated with the deleted Candidate or Contact will also redact the same data.
