Congratulations on completing your data migration into Vincere! You might have some questions about what comes next.

That's where our stellar Professional Services Team comes in. Read on to find out some post-migration tips & tricks.

1 / Activating Other User Accounts

Log in to your Vincere account, then go to Settings > User Management > Show inactive users > Activate. These users will get a welcome email - you can also reset passwords from here too.

Note: During the data migration, we only activated your one account. You'll have to go in and add your team.

2 / Showing Record Owners

Record owners fields won't show any user names unless you activate the accounts.

3 / Reviewing Site Closure

The Review Site will be decommissioned soon. Please don't try to access the Review Site from now on.

4 / Managing Duplicate Records

There are duplicate records in your original RDB SQL backup. They've been migrated and all duplicate records' primary email addresses have been suffixed with an index number.

For example: john.doe@test.com_2 is a duplicate record. You can review them and remove / merge the Candidate records in Vincere.
