Use this article to find the information submitted through a custom application form. When a candidate completes the form, the system syncs the responses back as a PDF so you can review them from the candidate profile.
📌 Note: The custom application form responses are stored as a PDF on the candidate record.
View Custom Application Form Responses
Go to the candidate profile, then click Files.
Locate the PDF for the submitted custom application form.
Open the PDF to review the candidate’s answers.
What the PDF Contains
The PDF contains all answers submitted through the custom application form.
