Setting Document Expiry
1/ When uploading new documents
Go to the candidate profile and navigate to the Files tab.
Click the upload button to open and select files. This will open the drag-and-drop screen where you can select or drop the files you want to upload.
Once you've selected the files, it will allow you to set the Expiry date by clicking the date in the calendar window:
2/ For Existing Documents
Head over to the Files tab of a candidate’s profile and add the expiration date
Or, go to the File Library section to see all the documents in one table view.
Setting Verifiers
Go to Settings > Admin Settings > Document Settings > Documents & Checks > Document Type, select the document and assign a user(s).
NOTE: Only the users chosen to be the Verifiers will be displayed on the drop-down.
To update the user's permission, go to Settings > User Management
How to verify the document
From the Files tab, select the file by ticking the box. Choose "View | Verify Documents"
Add your feedback, update the Expiry Date if needed and click Approve
Once saved, the Verified Status, Verified Date, and Verified By will be updated.

How to set email reminders
You can set the email reminder once you have set the expiry date.
Reminder emails can be set to a team(s) or user(s)
Email templates
To configure the template of the email reminders, go to Settings > Email Templates > 9. Notifications
