Default for shifts will be "All Shifts"

Add a new Rule type called "Part of Day" - This will show a period on a day in time. So for example the time of day would be from 20:00 to 00:00 and a pay rule would apply against that period.

This will be updated in Vincere & TimeTemp, and also feeds through to Invoices.
