How to delete Contacts? 🤔
📌 Note: Before deleting a contact, please consider the following:
The contact may have associated jobs, deals, and/or TimeTemp placements. Therefore, to proceed with the deletion, ensure that you transfer ownership of linked data to a new contact.

⭕ Please ensure that:
1. The contact should not have any job, deals, or TimeTemp placements to assign before deletion.
If the contact has jobs you will need to either delete the job or transfer the job to a different contact in the company.
2. Any notes/comments stored against this contact profile will also be deleted.
You can proceed to delete the contact by following these steps 👇
🎯 Option #1 to delete a Contact
Go to the Contact’s profile: click on 'Actions,' and then select Delete.
🎯 Option #2 to delete a Contact
You can also delete from the Contact stage/chevron. You will need to tick the box -> Select Delete from the action list.
Can we mass delete or delete contacts in bulk? 🤔
No, there is no option to delete contact in bulk at the moment.
To ensure customers retain their data, Vincere always provides the option to merge the contact with others listed under the same company.
