This article explains how to create a data export report for job applications, schedule or run it immediately, then download the CSV file as needed for reporting or analysis.
π Note: You can export up to 100,000 job applications per CSV file.
Export Job Applications to CSV
Go to Settings, then click Data Export.
βClick Create New Report in the top-right corner to start configuring your export.
βIn the Data Set field, select Application and Onboarding data.
βSelect the fields you want to include in the report, then click Next.
Enter a name for your file, then choose the Date format and Decimal number options and adjust any other export settings if needed.
Click the Export Schedules tab.
Click Create New Scheduler.
In the scheduler, select the report you have just created.
Choose the export method: select Immediate to run the export now, or Schedule to run it at a specific time.
Select the Time Frame by choosing the From date and To date, then click Save.
Go to the Download list to check the status of your export.
When the export is complete and no longer shows as In queue, refresh the page, then click Download to save the CSV file.
π Note: Depending on the size of your data, the export may remain in In queue status for some time before the file is ready to download.
