Inside Vincere the CRM stages in the pipeline for both Contacts and Companies can be configured to align with your business processes.

Your system Super User (Administrator) can do this really easily by heading to:

2. Go to System Preferences > Head down to 5. Change system name for CRM stages

3. From here, you can configure each stage to align with your processes.

Whatever changes you make in these settings will affect all users and will be visible in both the Contact and Company CRM pipelines:

Note: Stage name configuration only applies to CRM stages at this point - not ATS stages (Candidates).
