To Auto-Match, you can either go to the CRM Job List View, select a job and find auto-match from the Action button options, or do the same inside the job profile:

It will redirect you to the Advanced Search's Pre-Defined fields which you can also customize to enhance or specify your search:
Vincere will take the fields from the job, group them as shown below, and immediately start searching your database using our advanced search tools.
