If you frequently run the same searches in Vincere, you can save time by creating Saved Searches in Advanced Search mode.
This feature is available for Candidates, Contacts, Companies, Jobs, and Applications.

⭕ How to Save a Search in Vincere
To Save a Search in Vincere, please follow the steps below:
1. Access Advanced Search
Navigate to Advanced Search and select the relevant entity: Candidates, Contacts, Companies, Jobs, or Applications.
2. Define Your Search Criteria
Use Field Search if you know the exact field you want to search.
Utilize the default fields available in Advanced Search.
Start typing in Other Fields and select the relevant field from the dropdown list.
Switch to Boolean Search if needed for more advanced filtering.

3. Save Your Search
Click on Save Search in the bottom left corner.
Enter a name for your saved search.
4. Choose Privacy Settings
Private: Only you can access the saved search.
Public: All users in your Vincere system can access the saved search.
You can create multiple saved searches and easily access them later by navigating to Advanced Search > Saved Searches.
⭕ How to share Saved Searches?
Collaborate more effectively by sharing those saved searches so that everyone in the team has access to your lists.
When you save a search, you will see the option to set this as private or public
When you load saved searches, you will see the Owner of the Search and an action column where you can change the share permissions or delete a saved search.
NOTE: Only the search owner will be able to delete the saved search or amend the shared privilege and there is no option to delete saved searches for other users.
⭕ Best Practices & Use Cases for Saved Searches
1. Talent Pool + Keyword + Radius Search
Example: "Top Project Managers in Sydney" – This search helps you identify top candidates within a specific location and visualize them on a map.
2. Incomplete Records Search
This is useful for data cleanup and record maintenance, ensuring your database remains accurate and well-structured.
🤔 FAQs
How can I delete a Saved Search from another user/ users that are no longer work?
There is no option to delete saved searches for other users.
If you have access to their account, you can log in and delete the saved searches directly.
If the user has already been deactivated, you will need to reactivate their account before proceeding with the deletion.
Please note, that we are unable to delete saved searches from a deactivated user on our end, unless this is part of a paid service provided by the Backend Team.
