You can access, view and edit your email templates for the Job Portal, Candidate and Client portals from your engagement hub settings. 

Head over to settings > Marketplace > Engagement Hub > Setup > Email Templates

Then, hit on Email Templates where you'll be presented with a list of all of the email templates you can edit. You can also use the supported wildcards available on each email template.

NOTE: All emails from Engagement Hub will be coming from noreply@vincere.io

Want to Customize the Email Sender Name?

Just head to Job Portal > Site Settings then look for the section. 

This does not replace noreply@vincere.io as the default sender address. Email will look like this below:
