The Instant Job Board (IJB) is a feature as part of Vincere Engage which allows you to create a mobile-responsive web page where you can post your open Jobs and Candidates can apply for them. Candidates can head over to your website and create their own portals where they can update details, upload CVs and easily apply for jobs - and it's GDPR compliant 🙌

Setting up your Instant Job Board

You can setup your Instant Job Board in less than 2 mins by heading to Settings > Marketplace > Engagement Hub > Setup.

Next, comes the cool part! Within the IJB settings you can configure things like logo, banners, favicon, colours and just really make the IJB seamlessly align with your company branding.

By default your Instant Job Board URL will be: https://<your site name>.vincere.io/careers

You can easily change this and create a custom domain to integrate seamlessly into your website by adding a short line of code into the DNS settings of your domain 

You can customise the rest of your IJB and Candidate Portal by clicking on the relevant tabs along the top of the page.

We'd recommend spending some time going through the above settings and configuring your Job Board to your companies branding and processes.
