This article explains how to open Pay & Bill, switch to the Invoices list, fix visibility issues in the left menu, and understand what to do when you see a âWhoops! ⌠doesnât have permissionâ screen. It also includes administrator steps to enable invoicing in Marketplace and grant the Edit invoice items permission.
â Important: Sections Enable Invoicing and Grant Access (Admin) and Allow Edit Invoice Items Permission (Admin) are for administrators. If you are not an admin and you see a permission or brand restriction message, follow the user sections first, then contact your Vincere administrator.
Open Pay and Bill Invoices
Use this section to open Pay & Bill and view the Invoices list.
On the left-side menu, click Show more, then click Pay & Bill.
In Pay & Bill, click the INVOICES tab next to TIMESHEETS.
Review the Invoices table and confirm you can see your invoice records.

Hereâs a new section you can drop in after section 2. Open the Invoices tab (or straight after the âExpected resultâ for that section).
View and Configure Invoices Columns
Use this when you want to change which fields show in the Invoices table or see which columns are available for this board.
Open Pay & Bill, then click INVOICES.
Click Table views & configuration at the top of the Invoices table.
In the configuration panel, tick or untick the columns you want to show.
Save your changes so the layout is reused next time you open the Invoices list.

Fix Missing Pay and Bill in the Menu
Use this section if you cannot see Pay & Bill in the left menu. This usually means Pay & Bill is hidden in your menu layout or only available under the Show more menu.
Click the Settings (gear) icon on the left sidebar, then click the pencil icon under it to open Main Menu Settings.
In Main Menu Settings, scroll to SHOW MORE MENU and locate Pay & Bill.
Toggle Pay & Bill on so it is visible in the menu.
Drag and drop Pay & Bill if you need to change its position in the menu.
Close Main Menu Settings, then click Show more and confirm that Pay & Bill now appears.
Expected result
Pay & Bill is visible in the left menu so you can open it without needing additional configuration.
Resolve Pay and Bill Permission Errors
Use this section if a user clicks Pay & Bill and sees a âWhoops! ⌠doesnât have permissionâ screen, sometimes mentioning a Brand viewing restriction.
Click Pay & Bill from the left menu and check the page that opens.
If you see a âWhoops! ⌠doesnât have permissionâ message, note any extra text such as Brand viewing restriction.
Contact your Vincere administrator and share the exact message so they can review your role permissions and brand access.
What this means
The Pay & Bill link is valid, but your user role or brand viewing restrictions currently block access to Pay & Bill and Invoices.
Only an administrator can update your permissions or brand access to resolve this error.
Enable Invoicing and Grant Access (Admin)
Use this section when you are an administrator and need to enable invoicing in Marketplace and grant access to selected users.
Go to Settings, then click Marketplace.
Find Invoices, then click it to open the configuration panel.
Click the SETUP tab.
Turn on Enable Vincere invoicing.
Under Select users, tick the users who should have access to Vincere Invoices.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Expected result
The selected users can open Pay & Bill from the left menu.
They can see both TIMESHEETS and INVOICES in Pay & Bill (subject to any brand restrictions).
Allow Edit Invoice Items Permission (Admin)
Use this section when a user can view invoices in Pay & Bill but cannot edit invoice items.
Go to Settings, then click User Configuration (or User Management, depending on your setup).
Find the relevant user in the list, then open their user profile.
Click the Permissions tab.
Scroll to PAY AND BILL SETTINGS.
Tick Edit invoice items to grant this permission.
Click Save to update the userâs permissions.
Then you can still open Pay & Bill and view the Invoices list, and edit invoice items where this permission applies.
