The AI Chatbot is conveniently accessible in two easy-to-find locations:

  • Help Centre: Click the Chatbot icon at the bottom right corner, alongside helpful articles.

  • Within Vincere: Open the Chat button located at the bottom right corner of your Vincere dashboard.

Once clicked, a user-friendly chat window appears where you can type questions, paste text, upload images, or share links describing your issue.

⭕ Step 2: Ask Questions or Raise Tickets

Inside the Chatbot, you’ll see three helpful tabs:

  1. Home Tab: Chat instantly with the AI, browse helpful articles, and check the latest updates.

  2. Messages Tab: Review previous conversations or raise a new support ticket by clicking Ask a Question. Select an option tailored to your needs:

    • "I have an account/billing concern" – For account or billing-related questions.

    • "Get Help on how to use Vincere" – Get instant assistance with features or resolve technical issues.

    • "I want to report an Issue" – To report/ raise an online ticket to the agent for investigation.

    • "I want trainings and webinars" – Schedule helpful training sessions or webinars.

    • "I would like to share my Feedback" – Share your valuable insights to help us improve.

    • "Need help with a different issue" – For other queries outside these categories.

  3. Help Tab: This is where you can find our useful Help Article Collections.

Type your questions clearly and concisely, exactly as you'd ask a human support agent.

  • Keep it Short and Specific: Short, precise questions help the chatbot quickly identify and deliver the right information.

Examples of effective questions:

  • "How do I filter job leads by status?"

  • "How can I delete a candidate?"

  • "What should I do if I see an 'Errors' button after downloading Velocity?"

  • "How can I check who added a phone number to a candidate profile?"

2. Use Familiar Terminology:
