⭕ Setting Up Stitch msgboxx in Vincere
The setup process is quick and easy, just follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Request Integration Credentials
Contact the Vincere support desk to request the integration details for Woo. You’ll receive two key items:
Client ID: e.g.,
12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012API Key: e.g.,
87654321-4321-1234-1234-123456789012
While logged into Vincere, copy the URL from your browser (see the provided screenshot).
Step 2: Connect msgboxx
As an Admin User, follow these steps to integrate msgboxx with Vincere:
Log in to msgboxx and navigate to Settings > Automations.
Scroll down to find the CRM Integration section.
Open the drop-down menu and select Vincere. You will see the following screen:
Enter the details provided by Vincere Support and click Connect.
If prompted, enter your Vincere login credentials. If not, you will see a confirmation screen indicating you are now connected to Vincere.
Return to msgboxx and ensure you click Save to finalize the integration.
⭕ How Does the Integration Work?
Stitch msgboxx integrates seamlessly with Vincere.
Once connected, all WhatsApp messages are automatically logged in the candidate activity field for each WhatsApp account created through Stitch msgboxx.
