The Invoices Dashboard enables you to:
Monitor financial performance across Sales and Purchase invoices.
Gain insights into fees, profits, and invoice statuses over different time frames.
Identify areas for improving financial efficiency and tracking consultant performance.

⭕ How to Access the Invoices Dashboard?
To access the Invoices Dashboard, simply follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Intelligence icon in the left-side panel.
Then click on Invoices.
If you don't see the Company Stats Dashboard, you may need permission to view it. Follow the steps below based on your role:

This report reflects the total fees associated with Purchase Invoices that are Approved and Sales Invoices that are Approved & Sent/Marked as Sent.

This Month, Last Month, 3 Months Ago, 1 Year Ago provide comparisons over key timeframes.
The Stats in Fees/Profit are the variances between Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices (Sales minus Purchase) - This includes Invoices of Temps, contractors, and permanent & Permanent | Retainers jobs.
This Month: Total of all Approved & Sent Sales invoices (Temps + Contractors + Permanent + Permanent|Retainer) - Total of all Approved Purchase Invoices (Temps + Contractors + Permanent + Permanent|Retainer) in the current month.
Last Month: Total of all Approved & Sent Sales invoices (Temps + Contractors + Permanent + Permanent|Retainer) - Total of all Approved Purchase Invoices (Temps + Contractors + Permanent + Permanent|Retainer) in the last month.

Below are the available columns in the Sales Invoices Table
Invoice ID
A unique identifier for the invoice. Helps you track and reference specific invoices quickly.
Stage
Indicates the sales or billing pipeline stage (e.g., “Sale,” “Pending,” etc.). This tells you where the invoice stands in your overall process.
Invoice Status
Shows the current status of the invoice (e.g., “Sent,” “Approved,” “Paid,” “Overdue”). Use this to see whether further action is needed.
Candidate Name
The name of the individual or candidate associated with the invoice. This helps identify which person or placement the invoice is linked to.
Job Title
The position or role the candidate is filling. This is useful if you track multiple roles across different invoices.
Company
The client or organization responsible for payment. Helps you distinguish who is being billed.
Billing Contract
The type of billing arrangement or contract terms (e.g., “Permanent_uptime,” “Hourly,” etc.). This defines how charges are calculated.
Info
Additional notes or special instructions about the invoice. May include reference codes, timesheet notes, or other relevant data.
F-Sheet ID
An identifier for an accompanying form or timesheet (if applicable). Useful for matching invoice details to timesheet records.
T&A
Stands for “Time & Attendance” or a similar timesheet reference. Indicates whether time tracking or attendance data applies.
Total Amount
The total amount billed on this invoice before any partial payments. This is the gross charge due.
Paid Amount
The amount that has already been paid. This helps you see how much of the total remains outstanding.
Invoice Date
The date the invoice was issued. Often used for bookkeeping and payment timelines.
Due Date
The deadline for payment. Once this date passes, the invoice may be considered overdue if unpaid.
Approved Date
The date the invoice was officially approved (e.g., by a manager or client). This confirms authorization for payment.
Service Delivery Date
The date on which the service or work was delivered/performed.

The Placements section provides an overview of the total number of placements made inside Vincere (Permanent + Contract + Temporary) across all job types based on Booked Date.
Key Metrics:
Permanent: Total permanent placements.
Contract: Total contract placements.
Temporary: Total temporary placements.
Starters: Candidates starting during the selected period (e.g., today, this month).
Finishers: Candidates finishing during the selected period.
Net: Total number of starters - the total number of finishers
👉 Action: Click View All to access detailed placement data.
🎯 Timesheets
Overview of all timesheets number below refers to the total submitted timesheets including rejected, unapproved, and approved depending on the filtered period.
Key Metrics:
Unsubmitted: Timesheets that have not been submitted.
Submitted: Timesheets submitted for review.
Approved: Timesheets approved for invoicing.
Invoices (Temporary/Contract): Timesheets converted to invoices.
Invoices Draft: Draft invoices based on submitted timesheets.
Invoices Sent: Finalized invoices sent to clients.

🎯 Invoices
Overview of all Invoices in Vincere that were Approved & Sent/Marked as Sent.
Key Metrics:
Sales: Total amount of all Approved & Sent/Marked as Sent sales invoices.
Purchase: Total amount of all Approved purchase invoices.
Credit: Total amount of all Approved & Sent/Marked as Sent credit invoices.
Accounts Receivable: the total amount of fees will received (total amount of all Sales invoices with status as approved & sent, approved & marked as sent, partially paid) by invoice date in the future.
Accounts Payable: the total amount of fees will received (total amount of all Purchase invoices with status as approved, partially paid) by invoice date in the future.
Invoice Paid: total amount in Sales Invoice with status marked as (Paid in Full and/or Partially Paid).

🎯 Starters
Track candidates are starting placements based on their Start Date.
Key Categories:
Today - candidates starting in the current day.
This Week - candidates starting during the current week.
Next Week - candidates starting next week.

Overview of all invoices that were partially paid and fully paid.
Breakdown:
Current: Recent invoices are not overdue.
1-30 Days: Overdue invoices for the past 1-30 days.
31-60 Days: Overdue invoices for the past 31-60 days.
60+ Days: Overdue invoices for more than 60 days.
Visual Representation:
Number: average days of the overdue invoices paid.
Amount: total amount of Sales invoice marked with Paid in Full.
👉 Action: Click View All to verify invoice status or filter by Invoice Status and Due Date.
📊 By Consultant
The By Consultant Tab provides a detailed and consolidated summary of key financial metrics, including Fees/Profit, Sales Invoices, and Purchase Invoices, attributed to each consultant or user within a selected timeframe.

Profit is split based on the respective consultant's share in each invoice. | Tracks the total fees generated by each consultant or user.

The Fee Splits tab gives you a breakdown of the Fee Split per Consultant:

Fee Source: fees come from 2 sources:
PS: Profit Split in placement details.
JO: Job Owner (in case the Profit Split is empty).
⭕ Definition of Filter Factors
Definition of factors in the filter board on the right-hand side:
Date: Set your timeframe as desired.
Locations: Filter by each office location or multiple locations.
Branch: Filter by consultant's branch or multiple branches.
Brand: Filter by consultant's brand or multiple brands.
Division: Filter by consultant's division or multiple divisions.
Team: Filter by consultant's team or multiple teams.
Consultant: Filter by individual consultant or multiple consultants, including active & inactive consultants.
Consultant Status: Filter by Active / Inactive users / both. By default, Inactive Users are included.
Job Category: Filter by activities linked to Jobs / linked to Job Leads / No Job link.
Job type: Permanent, Contractual, Project Based, Regular, and Temporary.
Invoice Status: Check all, Approved & Sent, and Draft.
Perm Sub Type: Contingent, Retained, Exclusive, and Non-Perm.
Currency: (defaulted to the currency set on the User Settings), or you can select the desired currency.
Tax: Exclude Tax or Include Tax (source).
Company ID: copy and paste the company ID to see stats related to that single company only.
